UTILIZATION OF SITA SERVICE
- The data is NOT sent directly from the airline to the Ministry.
- The airline sends the data to the SUPPLIER and, subsequently, the SUPPLIER sends it to the Ministry.
- The conditions for making use of these services are beyond the Ministry's control.
- Technical issues, e-mail addresses, contractual terms and conditions, or any other aspect, should be addressed by the airline directly with the service provider.

UTILIZATION OF ARINC SERVICE
- The data is NOT sent directly from the airline to the Ministry.
- The airline sends the data to the SUPPLIER and, subsequently, the SUPPLIER sends it to the Ministry.
- The conditions for making use of these services are beyond the Ministry's control.
- Technical issues, e-mail addresses, contractual terms and conditions, or any other aspect, should be addressed by the airline directly with the service provider.
IMPORTANT:
- If an airline sends the data to these providers, it may happen that, later on, these providers do NOT finally send it to the Ministry, for whatever reason.
- The airline should ensure that the data it sends, regardless of the method used, reaches the Ministry and with what quality.
HOW TO CHECK IF THE FLIGHTS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED BY THE MINISTRY?
- Web application APIS QUERY APPLICATION: Access the APIS Query
- From this website you can check the status of the files sent and received by the APIS system, both valid and invalid, as well as the quality of the data provided (regardless of the chosen sending method).
- Credentials managed by the Ministry.
- Free for Airlines.
